Trick Bill’s is a STAPLE in our pantry. The BBQ sauces are amazing, but the craft dry rub is a pure life saver. We use the dry rub to season our meats and WOW - it elevates the entire dish. So glad we stopped by their booth at the market…I can’t see my kitchen without the rub or sauces!

Let me tell y’all… I’m not a huge BBQ sauce or spicy person. At all. However, I LOVED every single one of their sauces… all the way up to the ghost pepper! We ended up buying the sweet red pepper and sweet habanero, and there are ZERO regrets! Not only do I love the flavor, but I love that it’s gluten free and is only 11 grams of sugar for a servings (beet sugar at that)! The couple that we met today at the city market are absolutely amazing and beautiful people! Quality product, quality people, and affordable pricing! You couldn’t ask for anything better!
